What our clients say
“Sorted Communications did a fantastic job getting to grips with the complex projects being covered by these case studies. They were able to draw out the key messages in a natural and straightforward way and really bring the projects and their outcomes to life.”
Rebekah Tailor,
“Working with the team at Sorted has been invaluable to us as we develop and improve our promotion and communication methods. They are experts in getting to the heart of what we’re trying to communicate and bringing in the unique voices of our members and our volunteers.”
Rony Arafin,
“It’s been SO helpful that Sorted have been so responsive and able to take things on at short notice. So often you contact external agencies for support and they say they need several weeks’ notice, which often just isn’t the nature of comms, no matter how hard we try to plan in advance!”
Sam Gathercole,

About
Ali Marsland
Founder and Director, Sorted Communications
After working as a communications manager in the NHS, I know what it’s like trying to stay on top of delivering proactive comms whilst also responding to media enquiries, running events, updating the website, and dealing with the random enquiries that end up with comms because no-one else knows what to do with them!
I founded Sorted Communications to provide an extra pair of hands to give comms teams the extra capacity they need to stay on top of deadlines without working crazy long hours.
Combined, our team has more than a century's experience in communications. We’re here to help you meet deadlines without stress.
But don’t take our word for it...
“Sorted Communications really were a bit of a lifeline to me. They did a fantastic job in getting to the heart of the topics we wanted to talk about and pulled everything together so succinctly. It was such a relief to work with people who could so quickly get to grips with what I needed to achieve!”
Kate Brudenell,
Traverse
“I was consistently impressed with how the team produced relevant, well-written content for our newsletters each month with very little input from us. Left to our own devices the newsletter would have fizzled out but they took the lead and kept it alive
and interesting.”
Nigel Skill,
“Delivering the project was a tremendous team effort. Sorted Communications worked quickly and efficiently in the background, while we continued building up the content. I thoroughly enjoyed the project and am thankful that they were able to support us under tight deadlines.”
